Saint Michael's College offers 21 sports that compete at the NCAA Division
II level. All varsity programs except for women's ice hockey, skiing, and
baseball compete in the Northeast-10 Conference, the second largest Division
II league in the nation. The College's nordic and alpine ski teams participate
in the EISA Conference against all of the top programs in the East, including
Vermont and Dartmouth. Men's and women's ice hockey recently moved to the
ECAC East Conference and play some of the best Division III schools in
the country. The baseball team is an independent program and competes against
a variety of Division II and III institutions.
