Alamar is dedicated to the working Border Collie with excellent health, structure, temperament, and herding ability. Our dogs are screened for hip displasia, eye problems, and herding ability. All dogs are dual registered with ABCA and AKC.Alamar believes the only true test of herding ability is actual work. The dogs actively work sheep every day. Many of our Border Collies have also achieved Championships in the Breed ring and compete regularly in herding trials as well as work in animal assisted therapy. Stud service is considered to approved bitches. Puppies available occasionally.

Kemper's Bobby STDs OTDs ATDs HSAS HSBS Bob is a new addition to our family. He is out of Red Oliver's top winning trial dog, Roy. He is black and white, 45 lb. smooth coat born 7/31/96. Bob's hips are OFA Good and eyes CERF. Bob is available for breeding to qualified bitches. We've planned Bob and Angel's upcoming 2003 Litter

Champion Alamar's Gun HSAS HSBS STDs OTDs HIAS Gun is a son of McCord's Stetson. He is a great herding dog. He finnished his conformation championship and has been working on herding titles. Gun was born 9/24/97 is 53 pounds and is a rough coat black and white.

Alamar's BJ, HT PT BJ is a son of our Angel and McCord's Sam. He is the spitting image of his mom and a dynamite herding dog. He was born 4/25/2001 and is black and white.

Alamar's Rosie O, PT Rosie is out of our Angel and McCord's Sam. She is Alan's pride and joy. She is a litter mate to our BJ. Rosie was born 4/25/2001 and is black and white. We've planned Spur and Rosie's upcoming 2003 Litter

Red Dawn's Betsy Ross Stich was born July 5, 2002. She is out of our stud, Spur, and Alli. Stitch is our youngest dog here at Alamar. She is showing remarkable talent herding. She has a natural outrun. .
