The competitive issues task force contained members from the major functional areas within the Residential Capital Group of RFC – Legal, Product Management, Trading, Servicing, Operations and Sales. Our function was to gather and analyze market intelligence regarding the activities and operations of our competitors. We met monthly to discuss and strategize responses to the information presented, and published our findings and recommendations in a report to management and staff.
