Our Founders...

Larry Joyce Co Founder and meeting facilitator.

Starting a group is like starting a family, there are many considerations, not least of which is how dedicated to the needs of the members you are.

Poly/Goth/Pagan/Bisexual and many other things... sometimes it feels like adjectives are but goals that some collect like merit badges or trophies.  Though Larry has been poly for only a short period of time, he feels just as much right to the term as anyone else he has ever met.  It is not about how long or how successful, it is about your true feelings and the way you wish to live your life.  In that regard I am as poly as anyone else to walk the earth.

Through the years he has come to see that his life has always held elements of being poly to greater and lesser extents and that now he has a definition and a realization of practices and feeling he has always had.

Now that the peculiarities of familiarity have been cursorarily dismissed, it is time to get down to work and bring about the change we feel is necessary and beneficial to our lives and our community...

Melissa Grant Melissa Grant has been bemused and belabored by polyamorous relationships, both consensual and not so (ah, teenage love!) for 6 years now, unless you count that time when she was little and couldn't understand why we all couldn't be each other's best friends.  She has not managed to read -Stranger In a Strange Land,- even if she is a Pagan.  She has identified as a heterosexual, bisexual, queer, femme, wannabe-boi, author, pornstar, poly, switch, and none & all of the above.  But in the words of Margaret Cho, "I'm just a slut.  Where's my parade?"
