(Spring 2008) River Gallery, Ipswich, MA. One-man show from March 14 to April 14. Milt exhibited works from his travels in Europe, Puerto Rico and also of the Gloucester area. (January 2006) Milt exhibited a large body of his work at the Hamilton-Wenham Library in Hamilton, MA. The show was up throughout the entire library and ran from early January until the end of February. (Winter 2005) Milt participated in a group showing of local artists. The show, run by Erin Luman was held at a private home in Beverly in December. (Fall 2005) River Gallery in Ipswich, MA a two-person show hosted for Dorothy Monnelly and Milt Lauenstein during the entire month of November. (Spring 2005) As a part of the Beverly Arts Fest, Redbrick Studios hosted a show entitled "The Beverly Showcase". Three of Milt's works were included in the show. (Spring 2005) You can continue to catch some of Milt's work at the River Gallery in Ipswich. The gallery shows a selection of each members' work throughout the entire year. (Winter 2004) The River Gallery in Ipswich, MA presents its Holiday Show Exquisite Art, Smaller Proportions starting December 1 and lasting through January 31. All of the gallery's artist members are represented in the show. (Fall 2004) Milt Lauenstein and Mary Weatherall show opening in October at the River Gallery in Ipswich. The works were displayed through November. (Fall 2004) Milt's work is being shown at the Beverly Public Library from August 26th through September 27th. The show, entitled " edges. home and away " includes work from his travels, a few from his Gloucester home, as well as some of his recent Vermont work. (Summer 2004) The first show to start the River Gallery season began June 25th and ran through the end of July. As a members show, all members work was represented. (Spring 2004) Milt was accepted to be a part of the River Gallery in Ipswich, MA for the 2004-2005 season. (Winter 2004) This spring, Milt donated a painting entitled "September" to the Montserrat Auction, a painting called "Ocean Edge" to the S.A.F.E Studio auction, one called "Hammond Castle" to the VNA of Gloucester Auction and one of the Neponset River to the Moosehill Audobon Wildlife Sancutary Valentines Ball. (Winter 2003) From December 5-28th, One of Milt's paintings,"Farm Road", was part of the Laredo Center for the Arts 11th Annual International Juried Show. The show was held at the Laredo Center for the Arts in Laredo, Texas. (Fall 2003) During the end of October into November, one of Milt's paintings,"Skyscape", was on display as part of a show called "American Experience 2003" put on by the Associated Artists of Winston-Salem in North Carolina. (Summer 2003) During the end of August, Milt's work was displayed in a prominent coffee house in North Beverly, MA. (Summer 2003) Throughout the month of July, Milt was showing some of his older work at The Bookstore on Main Street in Gloucester, MA. (Summer 2003) This summer, one of Milt's works, "Pattern of Land", was accepted into the Berkeley Art Center's 20th Annual National Juried Exhibition in Berkeley, CA. The show ran from August 6th to September 13th, 2003. Milt's notecards are for sale at numerous places around the North Shore including, The Bookstore (Gloucester) and Cape Ann Historical Assoc.(Gloucester). |
