Ingredients 2 cans chicken broth, reduced fat 2 cans water 1 cup celery, chopped 1 cup carrots, chopped 1 cup green beans, chopped 2 tsp. dried bay leaf 1 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. savory or oregano Pepper to taste 2/3 cup orzo pasta Preparation Bring the broth, water, and veggies to a boil. Add herbs, pepper, and pasta. Reduce heat and let simmer until pasta is done, about 15 minutes. Serves 6 - 8.
