Real Spanish Rice

3 cups uncooked rice
2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
3 Tbsp.  Vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. green olives, chopped
1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp. paprika (for color)
1/2 tsp. salt
Cooked ham, cut up in small pieces (as much as you'd like)
2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced


Stir fry the peppers, garlic, cilantro, and ham in Vegetable oil.
Add rice, tomato sauce, olives, salt and paprika. 
Add 2 cups of water. 
Let everything come to a boil. 
After 5 minutes, cover pot. Stir occasionally.
Let rice cook for 20 minutes. 
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving!
