Sausage and Potato Breakfast
1 lb. polish sausage
6 russet potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
2 cups mexican shredded cheese
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. jerk seasoning
Peel and cube potatoes.
Slice polish sausage 1 inch thick and cut each slice into 4 triangles.
Dice the onion and slice the garlic.
Spread potatoes in bottom of ungreased baking dish.
Spread the polish sausage pieces over potatoes.
Sprinkle the onion and garlic over meat and potatoes.
Mix the spices together well and sprinkle over food thoroughly.
Place in a 350 degree F oven and bake until potatoes are as soft as you like,
about 35 minutes.
When potatoes are done, sprinkle the cheese over the top of dish and
place back in oven until cheese is melted. Let cool.
