Salsa--makes 1 to 1-1/2 cups (total fat-1.55 grams)
6 small ripe tomatoes 2 teasponns red wine vinegar
1 to 2 jalapeno peppers,seeded and minced 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
2 tablespoons finely chopped
fresh cilantro or parsley
black pepper to taste

For a smooth sauce, thoroughly process all ingredients in blender or food processor. If you prefer a chunky sauce, simply combine the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. ENJOY
