Banana Pancakes


Ingredients:

4 bananas 
1 cup milk 
1 cup flour 
1 egg, beaten well
2 teaspoons baking powder 
1/2 teaspoon salt 


Preparation:

Peel and scrape the bananas.  Mash through a colander. 
Add the milk and egg. 
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into mixture and beat until smooth. 
Fry on hot greased griddle. 
Serve with syrup
