Festive Frozen Salad

2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 16 oz. can pitted bing cherries, well drained
4 drops green food coloring
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 diced banana
1/4 cup chopped pecans


Combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pineapple, banana, and food coloring.  
Lightly fold in nuts and cherries.  Spoon into muffin tins.
Freeze!  15 minutes before serving, thaw on a lettuce bed.
