Ingredients: 2 cups sour cream 1/2 cup sugar 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained 1 16 oz. can pitted bing cherries, well drained 4 drops green food coloring 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 diced banana 1/4 cup chopped pecans Preparation: Combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pineapple, banana, and food coloring. Lightly fold in nuts and cherries. Spoon into muffin tins. Freeze! 15 minutes before serving, thaw on a lettuce bed.
