Chalupas (aka Tostadas) You can make it as mild or spicy as you want. Ingredients: 1 can refried beans 2 Tbsp. picante sauce 2 Tbsp. canola oil (or cooking oil) dash of salt dash of pepper 1 package of precooked Chalupa shells 1 pound ground beef 1 package McCormicks Taco seasoning 3/4 cup water 2 cups chopped lettuce 1 cup chopped tomato Shredded cheese Preparation: In a saucepan, add beans, picante, canola oil, salt, and pepper. Cook on medium heat while stirring occasionally until mixture become blended and hot. Brown ground beef in skillet, drain fat, and add McCormick's Taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Take chalupa shell, spread refried beans, add taco meat. Top with lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese.
