TURKEY BURGERS---serves 4 243 cal. per serving- 3 grams fat
1 lb. ground turkey 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
1/4 cup fresh parsley 2 tbsp. red wine
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning 1/4 tsp. salt
4-Whole Wheat hamburger buns 1/4 tsp. black pepper

preheat broiler:
Combine turkey, onions, parsley, wine, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in large bowl; mix well. Shape into 4 (3/4 inch thick) burgers. Spray rack with non stick cooking spray. Place burgers on rack and broil 4 inches from heat,5 to 6 minutes on each side. ENJOY
