Creamy Mushroom Chicken 


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. oil
10 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup water


Sauté chicken breasts and remove from pan.  
In the same pan, heat oil and add mushrooms, onion, and salt.
Cook until golden and tender.  
Reduce heat to low and add sour cream and water.
Heat and serve.

Only 6 grams of fat per serving (1 breast)
