Lemonade Pie

This dessert is quick and easy to make


1 graham cracker or vanilla wafer pie crust
1 can condensed milk 
1 small can frozen lemonade mix
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 small carton cool whip

Optional Decorative Topping:  Slice of lemon, mint leaf and/or 
a strawberry for each slice.


Allow Cream Cheese to come to room temperature 
and allow lemonade mix to thaw slightly.

With electric mixer, blend condensed milk and 
cream cheese until smooth.

Add can of lemonade mix.  Blend well.  

Fold in cool whip.  

Pour into pie crust.  Refrigerate several 
hours, preferably overnight.  

Top with a very small slice of lemon and 
a mint leaf or a strawberry, optional.

For more of an ice cream pie texture, substitute the condensed milk and 
cream cheese with two pints of vanilla ice cream.
