Brunch Casserole


12 eggs 
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk 
1 tsp. ground dry mustard 
Salt and pepper to taste 
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 
Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. 
Sprinkle cheese evenly in the bottom of the pan.  
Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl. 
Pour egg mixture on top of cheese.  
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until firm. 
Let cool slightly before cutting into squares to serve.
