Poppy Seed Chicken
2 lbs. of chicken breasts
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 8oz. container of sour cream
1 1/2 cups crushed crackers (Ritz)
2 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
Bake chicken breasts.
Remove from bones and cut into small pieces.
Place in a 9x13 pan.
Mix soup and sour cream together. Pour over chicken.
Combine crackers, poppy seeds and margarine or butter.
Spread the cracker mixture over the chicken and soup mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve over no yolk noodles or mashed potatoes.
