|Lowfat oven fried Chicken|
|chicken pieces||1/2 teaspoon garlic powder|
|3 cups corn flakes, crushed||1/8 teaspoon red pepper|
|2 to 3 teaspoons creole seasoning||1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper|
|2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning||vegetable oil spray|
|1/2 cup buttermilk|
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place chicken pieces in dish and pour buttermilk over chicken turning chicken to coat. Combine cornflakes, creole seasoning, Italian seasoning garlic powder, salt and pepper. In gallon size plastic bag, place chicken and seasoning mix, shake to coat. Coat baking pan with vegetable spray, place chicken in pan and spray chicken also. Bake for 45 minutes. ENJOY
