Dijon Chicken


6 whole chicken breasts, halved
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 1/2cups dijon mustard
Italian-style bread crumbs


Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Combine the sour cream and mustard in a shallow dish, mixing well.  
Dip each chicken breast into mustard mixture, and dredge in bread crumbs. 
Arrange chicken in a single layer in baking pans.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes or until tender. 
Garnish with parsley.
