|4 boneless chicken breasts, about 4 ounces each||1 tablespoon acceptable vegetable oil|
|1 tablespoon Herb Seasonings||¼ cup spicy brown mustard|
|1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning|
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Place chicken breasts in a large baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients together to make a paste. Thickly and evenly spread it over top of each breast. Bake 20 minutes, or until meat has turned white throughout. ENJOY
