3 lb. chicken wings |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
2 tbsp. oil | 2 tbsp. ketchup |
1 clove garlic, crushed |
Remove and discard wing tips; disjoint wings. Place wings in shallow dish. Brush with oil. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well. Pour over wings and marinate for 2 hours. Arrang wings on grill 4 to 5 inches above medium coals. Cook for 10 minutes on each side. ENJOY
