Don't miss the 14th annual WALK FOR HOMELESS PETS! Sunday, June 23, 2013 Wollaston Beach/Caddy Park, Quincy, MA Registration: 12-1 PM Walk: 1-3 PM HOW TO REGISTER: You may register with a donation of any amount to Ce-Ce & Friends. Please also ask your family, friends, and coworkers to sponsor you with donations; **100% of proceeds will go directly toward our continued sheltering and care of homeless cats and kittens.** You can print and download a sponsor form here or fill one out at the Walk. Please make checks payable to Ce-Ce & Friends Humane Society. We are a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit and all donations are tax-deductible. Even those who can't take part in the walk are encouraged to come by and enjoy the day with fellow animal lovers. *Dogs are welcome but must be leashed* THE DAY WILL ALSO FEATURE: *Face-painting and other fun stuff for kids *Bake sale and refreshments *"Ask the Groomer" - get professional advice on your pet's grooming needs *Educational cat care literature *Ce-Ce & Friends T-shirts for sale *Free dog and cat goodie samples Remember: Every dollar raised will go toward food and sheltering, spay/neuter, and medical care for the homeless cats who depend on us. Please note that our policy is to adopt to Massachusetts residents only
All of our cats have been:
- Combo tested negative for Leukemia and FIV.
- 1st or 2nd distemper/upper respiratory vaccinated.
- De-Wormed.
- Spayed or neutered if old enough.
- Rabies vaccinated if old enough.
- Examined and found healthy by a veterinarian.
Since we are run entirely by volunteers who have full-time day jobs, it may take us a couple of days to return phone calls. We ask that you please be patient during this time and please try calling the shelter again if you have not heard back within 3-4 days. Thank you for your understanding!
