Ordering Information

Proceeds from the sale of this merchandise are used by the MMA Club Hockey Team to help pay for ice time and to help maintain or replace team uniforms and other team owned equipment.

Please contact us via e:mail at MMACLUBHOCKEY@yahoo.com for merchandise information or for placing an order.  Please send your name, address and phone number with your inquiry or order.  

Once we have confirmed the availability of the merchandise, you will be sent an e:mail with the merchandise total plus shipping charges.  Orders are typically sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail.  Shipping and handling typically runs $4.00-$8.00 per order depending on the size of the order and will arrive 2-3 days after it is shipped.

Orders can be paid on-line by check or credit card at www.paypal.com.  

Paypal is an online service that is popularly used by people that use e:bay and other similar services to allow for the payment of credit cards or checks to individuals or small businesses electronically.  To use Paypal.com, you will need to register yourself as a free user.  

You will also need to use the team e:mail address of MMACLUBHOCKEY@yahoo.com as the recipient of the funds transfer.
