Roundhouse Kick

Start

Begin in a relaxed fighting position.

Step One

Raise your knee upward on a 45 degree angle while pivoting your support foot.

Step Two

Extend (snap) your lower leg forward with your toes and foot pointed straight (contact with the instep of your foot).

Step Three

Retract your lower leg back so that your knee is bent.

Step Four

Land balanced in front.
