Start

Begin in a relaxed fighting position.

Step One

Raise your knee straight to your waist height.

Step Two

Extend (snap) your lower leg forward with your toes pulled back (contact with the ball of your foot).

Step Three

Retract your lower leg back so that your knee is bent.

Step Four

Land balanced behind.
