Name:Xachary, Xaocitest Xorceror X-traordinaire

Signature Quote: "Chaos! Mass Confusion!"

Personal Email address: chaobino@seanbaby.com

  • Height: 5'11".

  • Weight: 127 lbs.

  • Appearance: Color-wise, he's extremely tanned, although still white. He wears a loose, white jumpsuit, with the front unzipped. Under the suit, there's a T-shirt with a picture of Black Jesus drinking a 40 oz. with the label simply saying "Liqueur". His hair his dyed orange, and spiked up.

  • Alternate Appearance: He wears a bright orange robe to match his hair, and a Devo-Style Eraser hat. His sandals have a Union Jack design. He also has a pair of sunglasses that resemble Spider Jerusalem's from Transmetropolitan.

  • Fighting Style: Chaos! Mass Confusion! What began as a simple catch phrase between him and Charles has evolved into a credo, a guideline for his entire life an everything he does. As a fighting style, it has no set moves, just a predominant tactic of redirection and many feints.

  • Button Style: Street Fighter

  • Bio: Zachary, later spelled with an X after he became a Xaocitest, was Charles' best friend through high school. While they both were extremely interested in Chaos, Charles worshipped it as a religion, while Zachary struggled to understand it, and it's inner workings. Finally, around the time Charles got his job at PemDas, Zachary unraveled the basics of Chaos and began traveling the Planes. By the time he reached Sigil, his exploits were semi-famous, and he was asked to join the Xaocitest faction, a group of creators, destroyers, and general loons (mostly loons) He jumped at the opportunity, and soon began traveling again, spreading his message of the mixed science and magic of Chaos.

  • Intro: When you've been to as many places as Xachary, you pick up a lot of news. When he heard of Charles joining the GMCA, he traveled to the Focal Point to try and reunite with his old friend. Although signups were closed when he got there, and Charles already had a partner, that wouldn't stop him from spreading his word, and helping out Charles for old time's sake.

  • Theme Songs:

    • Game Theme: Xomething Xpecial (Blue Nothing)

    • Main Theme: Time Warp (RHPS)

    • Alternate Theme: Oddfellows Local 151 (REM)

    • Alternate Theme: Rascal King (Mighty Mighty Bosstones)

    • Alternate Theme: Noise Brigade (Mighty Mighty Bosstones)

    • Alternate Theme: Pardon Me (Incubus)

    • Vs. Charles: The Battle Hymn of the Eristocracy (Preformed by the London Philharmonic, from an alternate reality where they are an infinite number of monkeys with kazoos)

  • Stage: Xachary fights in the Prison of His Mind. The walls are decorated with tapestries depicting the GMCA members and other important people in his life to show his memories. On the right side lies a chessboard of white marble and onyx, representing his logic, with pieces carved into the shape of people he used to know, and currently looks up to, while on the left is a wooden easel with a canvas, with a brightly painted portrait of him and Charles from when they were around nine years old, representing his creativity. The rickety wooden door, tightly barred, shakes violently at regular intervals. This is his slightly flimsy sanity, and the mental precautions he put up, to keep the insanity induced by his specialty out of his mind.

  • Weapons:

  • Potential. Understanding the mechanics of Chaos, Xachary can mold potential energy into any shape he wishes, giving it any appearance. In fights, it usually takes the form of a longrifle, which is used as a club. In rare instances, Xachary may choose to fire it, but since that is it's obvious use, he avoids that at all costs.

  • Special Resources:

    • The Xaocitests. Xachary recently became their factol, and they help him in their own way at any opportunity.

    • Chaos. Usable as a weapon, or as a magic-like force, or as a way of achieving thing many wouldn't ever dream of, Chaos, and its close cousin, Potential, have many uses.

    • The Codex of the Inconceivable. Acquired from a curio shop in Sigil's Clerk's Ward, it contains the secrets of the omniverse. The problem is that the contents are so mind-blowingly inconceivable that even the most eloquent speaker will have trouble putting it into words.

  • Openings:

    • 1st Round: Xachary floats in, in a color changing cloud of Potential. As the cloud focuses into his longrifle, he takes out a business card, and with a flourish, presents it to his opponent. As the opponent reads aloud, saying "Xachary, Xaocitest Xorceror X-Traordinaire," Xachary takes back the card and eats it, smiling merrily and madly all the while.

    • Standard: Xachary blinks into existence in a shower of brightly colored machine tools. Several Xaocitests rush in to pick them up. The tools may be thrown at the fighters during the match, but they will always miss.

    • Vs. Charles: They do their regular entrances, spot each other, and grin madly. Xachary shouts "Chaos!" as Charles yells "Mass Confusion!" They run across the ring, and start talking abut random subjects, non-sequitors flying like bullets in a bad action movie. Finally, the announcers clear the throats over the PA, and Charles and Xach's partners both whap them.

    • Vs. NeoVid: Xachary's jaw drops, and he rushes over to NeoVid. After putting his arm around NeoVid's shoulder, he holds out a camera and takes several pictures of them. He then rushes back, and grins, before manifesting Potential into its longrifle form.

  • Taunts:

    • Taunt 1: Bites off a large patch of clothing, his own or the opponent's, and chews loudly with his mouth open for up to five seconds. When that time is up, if he hasn't been hit out of it, he takes the clothing, now perfectly cut into paper dolls, and gives them to the opponent.

    • Taunt 2: Shows the opponent the Codex of the Inconceivable. As the opponent marvels at it, Xachary shuts the book on his or her nose. It does 1% damage to the opponent, but also raises their super meter rather than Xachary's.

  • Finishing Poses:

    • Standard: Xachary spins Potential, and throws it in the air, where it reverts to a cloud and surrounds him.

    • Draw: Snaps his fingers and gets carried out by several Xaocitests.

    • Time Over: Same as standard, except the rifle doesn't demanifest, and it falls on his head. He continues smiling.

    • Desperation: Goes through the entire Time Warp song, with Xachary as Riff Raff, Charles as the Criminologist, and Misa as both Magenta and Columbia.

    • Perfect Victory: Potential changes form from the rifle to a giant hand doing the Victory sign. As Rascal King plays, he runs off screen, grinning insanely, and holding up the giant victory sign.

  • Victory Quotes:

    • "I'm sorry… I meant to beat you a bit harder."

    • "A winner is me!"

    • [Desperation] "It's astounding, Time is fleeting, Madness takes its toll..."

    • [Perfect] "Whoop whoop!"

  • Character Strategy: Xachary is a skill-based character. His punches do random damage between one and five percent damage, and the only difference between them are the speed and direction of the swing. His attacks involve a lot of feinting and speed changes designed to make him hard to block. However, it is also difficult for his player to attack correctly, unless they have been using him for a while. To this end, he isn't a much used character, but for someone who has a good grasp of his strengths and limitations, he can be very powerful. A good combo for him is a Welcome Vacation followed by a Time Warp desperation move. Also, his most powerful moves also do damage to himself, which serve as a way to get to his Desperation easier, as well as a way to limit his strength.

  • Attacks:

    • Launcher:

      • A group of Xaocitests pick up the opponent, and Xachary's Potential forms a trampoline beneath them. The opponent is thrown down, and bounces on the trampoline, which reforms into the rifle as soon as the opponent is in the air.

    • Command Normals:

      • Ass Kick: A swift kick in the ass. Forward and kick while behind the opponent.

      • Pimp Slap: Xachary slides forward, gives his opponent a backhand slap, and slides back where he was.

    • Throws:

      • Affix Bayonets: A bayonet appears on the end of the longrifle. Xachary runs his opponent through, and throws them to he ground. 10% damage.

      • Airplane: Xach grabs the opponent's left arm and leg, and spins them around, until letting go. They then fly into the wall, taking 9% damage.

    • Specials:

      • Chaos Ball: One of the most rudimentary attacks one can do with Chaos. Shaping a clump of his aura into a ball, he throws the pulsating mass of energy at his opponent. 5-10% damage.

      • Sensory Touch: A technique learned from the Sensates, and modified for his own needs. He can either take 5% energy from an opponent by activating it with a kick, or take 7% of his own health and do 14% damage to the opponent with a punch.

      • Ominous Possibility: Although not a damaging move in itself, this makes the next attack he does increase its damage by 50%. For example, a Sensory touch done with a punch would take 10% from Xach, but do 21% to the opponent.

      • Pardon Me: Xachary takes a cigarette lighter form the inside of his clothes, and lights his hand on fire. He then lunges at his opponent, flaming hand first. If the attack connects, the flame spreads to the opponent, doing 10% percent damage. If it misses, Xachary sits on the ground putting his limb out, and takes 5% damage

      • Funky Dynamite: Xachary takes a stick of dynamite out of his clothes. As he moves to light it, a cyborg reptile comes and punks the opponent from behind. As the opponent lays on the ground, Xachary shrugs and throws the unlit dynamite at them. 9% damage, twenty point reference.

      • Curse: A Xaocitest in the background of the fight screams out a random string of syllables. Suddenly, the opponent starts to hiccup. This goes on, doing 1% damage every half-second, until Xachary is hit. He then calls the curse off.

      • Mind Screw: The last of the weak Chaos-based combat techniques, Xachary reaches into the opponent's mind and dredges up their most painful memories. If the opponent has none, he makes them up. The attack only does 3% damage, but dizzies.

    • Supers:

      • Mary Sue: If the attack is done correctly, Xachary instantly becomes a pure Mary Sue character. His teeth straighten, his hair goes into place, and he gets a general air around him that is somewhat rugged, yet still prettyboy-ish. His attacks do double damage, his speed increases threefold, and he has an extra 25% endurance to attacks. However, after ten seconds of this, a horde of authors track him down, and hits him for half of the damage he did to his opponent.

      • Welcome Vacation: Xachary produces a large bottle of cologne, alcohol, or any other flammable liquid, and takes a large amount into his mouth. After raising his lighter to his mouth, he spits all the liquid through the flame in a stream at his opponent. It does 25% damage to the opponent, but also does 10-30% damage to Xach depending on the punch used, due to some of the flame going back along the stream.

      • Confusion: Xachary fogs the mind of the opponent who isn't currently in play, and makes them attack their partner. This ends when the confused character is hit. During the time when the team is fighting, Xachary stands back, laughs madly, and makes puppeteer motions with his hands.

    • Desperation:

      • Time Warp: Xachary uses Chaos to turn back the flow of time. As he regains the health he lost in the last ten seconds, the opponent retakes all the damage he or she took in the same amount of time once again. The clock also counts backwards at double speed for the five seconds the move is in effect. Also, any damage done to the opponent does double, while Xachary takes none.

    • Ultimate Attack/Summon:

      • Welcome To My Worlds: As Xachary switches into an outfit that looks like a WWI pilot outfit, the opponent looks on. Finally, Xach grins and begins to hover. The opponent is sucked into a portal, and is dumped out in Sigil, before the Lady of Pain. As he or she begins to beg for mercy, The Lady's shadow falls on the opponent, and begins to eviscerate them. Suddenly, another portal opens, and dumps them into one of the lower planes. Several demons rush by, slashing at the opponent, while heading for a another group of demons. As the opponent begins to collapse, and a portal below them brings them to City Faktur, in the middle of a firefight between a group of Sub-Girls and Cops. Several bullets nick the opponent before another portal takes them into the Eastern Wasteland. They're bitten by a Rad-Raccoon, and shot at by a Super Mutant, before yet another portal takes them to a small British town. As they slowly get up, a Japanese college student and a 7-year-old kid in a BMW run him or her over, and drunkards throw beer bottles and cans at them. The final portal opens, and dumps them back to the fighting arena, where Xachary clubs them in the head with Potential, and stops hovering. The attack does 55% damage to the opponent.

    • Flash Finisher:

      • Non-Sequitor: As Xachary grins at the dizzied opponent, Charles jumps in, facing the camera, with his hands on his hips. Seeing the opportunity, Xachary shouts at him; "Chaos is a science!" Charles looks at him, and seeing potential for a great debate, responds with "Chaos is a religion! My hand is in the microwave!" Xachary grins at the opponent who has a confused look on his or her face, and yells, "The Omniverse's mysteries rely on Chaos to be unraveled! Stop undressing me with your eyes!" They keep on making point and counterpoint with random phrases stuck on the end, until the opponent collapses and begins to convulse on the ground.

    • Team Helper:

      • Xachary does a Ominous Possibility on his partner.

    • Team Supers:

      • Team Edit: Xachary performs a Mary Sue on his partner.

      • Teamed With Charles: Chaos! Mass Confusion! Basically, a chain of feints and odd attacks from the two friends. It does 20% damage.

  • Glitches:

    • During the VS Charles opening, the clock continues to count. The match starts around 75 seconds left.

  • Motivations:

    • He really doesn't want to win the tournament. However, the prize may be useful for him to spread his message.

    • He wants to confuse as many people as possible, or bring them over to his way of thinking.

  • How Xachary talks:

He speaks with a British accent, and throws as many non-sequitors or odd phrases into his conversations as possible. Despite the fact that he really isn't attracted to anyone who isn't as strange as him, he may flirt with females he meets for the hell of it. Around Charles, he either talks more normally, or throws in a far greater number of non-sequitors, depending on his mood. He is usually hostile to anyone who represents order, growling, hissing and howling at them like a mad dog, but extremely friendly to anyone who believes in furthering the cause of Chaos.

  • How Xachary acts:

His reactions to Chaotic and Lawful people are covered in speech, but another important part of his twisted psyche is although he is incredibly intelligent, he hardly ever uses his mind, going purely on his instinct most of the time. He also hardly ever uses something for its intended use, if there are no other options. A good example is his longrifle, which could be a deadly weapon, if not for the fact that he uses it like a blunt weapon. Also, he idolizes NeoVid, and takes nearly everything NeoVid tells him to do seriously, whether or not it was intended to be so.
