Reverend Dr. Blais was raised in Wrentham, Massachusetts where she attended The Original Congregational Church for many years. Nursing became her career as well as being married and raising three children. Her vocation changed when she had a call from God to attend seminary. She received her Masters of Divinity Degree from Andover Newton Theological School and began working as a Church Planter for The Salvation Army. After planting and pasturing a Church in Attleboro, MA for eleven years with her husband Warren, she pastored churches in Brockton and Framingham, MA. as well as working as a Chaplain and first responder at many disasters such as the Worcester fire and Ground Zero. Dr Blais has recently completed her Doctoral studies at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Spiritual Formation and is looking forward to serving the community of Blackstone and surrounding towns as Pastor of Christ Community Church of Blackstone. Dr. Blais reminds us that today, more that ever, the church needs to be present in our community, bringing the message of hope through the Good News of Jesus Christ.
