Cadet Technical Sergeant Reed Hayes

Cadet Staff Sergeant Reed Hayes is the Alpha Flight, Flight Commander of the Brockton Composite Squadron. As STI he leads the corps of squadron training instuctors and fills in for the 1st Sgt. in his absence. As Acting Flight Commander of the advanced course cadet Hayes is charged with ensuring the success of his cadets by ensuring cadets are performing up to and above standards, ensuring rapid promotion, and assisting cadets with problems they enounter in the performance of thier duties.

Cadet Hayes joined Civil Air Patrol in 2001.
