Hot Weiners

Small hot dogs with a natural casing, slathered in mustard, meat sauce, chopped onions, and celery salt, and served in a steamed bun.

Meat Sauce Recipe:
1 lb. hamburger
3 Tbs. margarine
1 small onion, chopped
1 Tbs. garlic powder
1 1/2 Tbs. chili powder
1 1/2 Tbs. allspice
1 Tbs. salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 Cup water

Lightly brown half of the chopped onion in butter. Add hamburger and stir until the hamburger is in small pieces. Add the rest of the spices. Simmer on low heat for 2 hours.

How to build the weiner:
1. First put the cooked weiner into the bun
2. Next put mustard onto the weiner
3. Then add the sauce
4. Next put the raw chopped onions on
5. Finally, sprinkle celery salt onto the onions
