This Web Page is designed to inform Catholic parishes interested in supporting or twinning with Maison Fortuné Orphanage in Hinche, Haiti. This Web Page describes in detail the goals, objectives, and needs of the orphanage as a care taking, educational,and community-serving entity within the impoverished country of Haiti.
The Maison Fortuné Orphanage was founded in February, 2000 by Lefort Jean Louis (center) with permission from the bishop of Hinche, Louis Kebreau, and support from the Diocese of Richmond, Virginia, and other American friends.
