Feel free to come to the Friary anytime to requrest the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

In order to receive the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Matrimony, it is necessary that you belong to the Parish. Please stop by the Friary and register as a member.

BEREAVEMENT MINISTRY


Saint Adalbert has five Bereavement Support Groups, each designed for the speialized needs of people suffering the loss of a loved one. These groups meet once a month at 7:30PM. All the meetings are held at Saint Adalbert Parish.

BETHANY GENERAL: Those who have lost a spouse, parent, or loved one.
LAST THURSDAY of Each Month (LOWER CAFETERIA) 52-40 84th Street

LOST MIRACLES: Loss of a newborn or a child lost by miscarriage or stillbirth.
THIRD MONDAY of Each Month (BACK OF CHURCH) 84 Street

BEREAVED PARENTS: For those who have lost a child.
SECOND THURSDAY of Each Month (LOWER CAFETERIA) 84 Street

SIBLINGS: For those who lost a Brother or Sister.
FIRST MONDAY of Each Month (BACK OF CHURCH) 84 Street

CHILDREN GRIEVE TOO: For Children in grades 1 to 8 who suffered the loss of a parent, sibling, grandparent, relative or friend.
