So your a ski nut, huh?! Well, so am I; I live for the sport! I've been an avid skier since the age of 5! I started taking skiing seriously when i was 9 when i was introduced to the world of competitive alpine ski racing...and what a world it is! I learned to ski out of a little area called Mt.Tom in Holyoke, Massachusetts with a vertical drop of 600ft. and only about 12 trails. From then, i joined the Mt.Tom Ski racing club where i learned the basic techniques of ski racing. I was lucky enough to attend Waterville Valley Ski Academy in New Hampshire...home of the Black and Blue Trail Smashers/BBTS and it was one of the best experiences of my life.
