Well. I'm Sarah, a.k.a. Eponine, Sola, Luna or Javera, (No, I didn't realize I used so many different nicks, either. Why can't I be boring and just have one?) depending on where you know me from. (If you already know me, you can skip all this, because I'm not revealing any ugly secrets here) I'm 17, almost 18, which is a rather annoying age to be at. Ah well. Only a few more months. Quite obviously, I like Les Miserables a lot, although that particular obssession has quieted down quite a bit. I love to read, especially science fiction and fantasy books. I'm currently trying to get all my stuff together for college, where I'll major in computer science, specializing in computer graphics. I'm hoping that someday I'll be able to work on movies, either the Pixar Toy Story-ish stuff, or special effects. (oh, stop laughing. I've gotten a lot better at downloading stuff. Besides, if you had my computer, you'd have trouble, too). I'm also an aspiring sci-fi/fantasy/miscellaneous writer, although I haven't published anything yet and probably never will. I have a really cute but really stupid cockatiel named Spike, who I've tried endlessly to teach to whistle the Sesame Street theme, Star Wars theme, Andy Griffith song, and Mary Had a Little Lamb. Well, he got the whistling part down, but he doesn't quite have the tune part yet. And guess what! There's now a picture of Spike up here! You now must click on that link and ooh and ahh over him, because he's very cute.(Other people with cockatiels or any other exotic bird who knows how noisy they can be is exempt from having to ooh and aah.) I've lived in Colorado for three years now, but I'm really from Massachusetts and I miss my ocean.
And anyway, the big thing in CO is skiing. This is what would happen if I went skiing. (See picture at right --------------->)
That's about it, like I said, I don't have a scanner, so I can't put up any pictures of me (which I wouldn't anyway, but now I have an excuse, hey?) or my friends, family or bird (All right, so there are now some pictures of me online, but I'm not showing anyone).
