Well, right after highschool I was a tad bit unsure as to what I wanted to do. I really wanted to go to the School of Museuem of Fine Arts in Boston, but I wasn't sure how well a degree in art would serve me. So I moved out and started working. After about a million terrible jobs...file clerk, front desk clerk, personal assistant, receptionist, book seller, office manager, gravestone sales girl....I took two months off and really thought about everything. I decided that I wanted to go to school and become an English teacher, always one of my favorite subjects.

I am attending Onondaga Community College with plans to transfer to Cortland State College in a bit. Cortland has the reputation of having the best education program in NY. I hope so. Right now I'm in the midst of my second semester and everything is going really well. In addition to my english and the such, I'm taking a concentration of psychology and also a couple cinema classes. I'm also taking yoga and a painting class...which I'm really enjoying. The kids in my art class are great, very friendly and interesting.

Right now I am working part time at a video store...Blockbuster Video. The people I work with are great...everyone is my age and so they don't go on power trips or talk down to me. The store manager is 21, so he is very sympathetic to class scheduling and the need for days off for midterms and finals. However, the customers are a different story....

The rest of my life is purely social...if it interests you to know about my cats or my boyfriend, you can check out my personal webpage which is just a crazy montage of my friends and stuff.

The school I am at right now....
Cortland, where I will transfer....
