The hair and makeup artists listed are those which Northern Belle Pageants has been made aware that they are attending our national event. If you have a hair and makeup artist that is attending and is not listed, please contact our office. (Note: the use of a professional hair and makeup artist is not required, however, they are listed for your convenience)
