This is Red Fort in Delhi. Venk and I went in the morning. They had a ton of security and all of this conduit piping/scaffolding set up in preparation for India's Independence Day on 15 August. Venk told me that the President hoists a flag and gives a speech and that thousands come to witness it. (01 August 2002)
