Outside of the fort, down below in the valleys are these gardens. I think I was looking over a wall or out a window when I took this shot. The views from many of the palace bedrooms looked down on these gardens surrounding the fort.
This is called Kesar Kyari Bagh. During the monsoon, the surrounding lake fills up, providing water to the fort. (27 July 2002)
