I don't remember specifically what these buildings all were, but they are all ruins that remain at the Qutb Minar Complex/Park in New Delhi. It is similar to walking around the Roman Forum in Rome and looking at the old ruins (not quite that old though--most of these I think are from the 13th century).
This is the sign near the Alai Minar which describes how construction was begun, but never completed. (25 July 2002)
