Freedom Trail Sign
This is just one of MANY signs marking historical landmarks along the Freedom Trail in downtown Boston. This one is for the King's Chapel Buriel Ground where William Dawes (who rode with Paul Revere), John Winthrop (the first MA Bay Colony governor), and Elizabeth Pain (the model for Hester Prynne in The Scarlet Letter), among many others are buried.
