His efforts have been recognized by several organizations: World Martial Arts Masters Society, Budokaikan International, International Assembly of Sokeship, World Nibuikai Budo Federation, International Alliance of Martial Arts Masters and the Universal Martial Arts Hall of Fame. He is the founder and chief instructor of Chinese Dragon Kempo and co-founder of Warrior Spirit Hapkido. Kirk Simmons, 1st Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Examiner Mr. Simmons holds Dan rankings in Sin Moo Hapkido, Moo Moo Kwan Hapkido, Taekwondo, Goshin Jujitsu and White Dragon Kempo. His efforts have been recognized by several organizations: World Martial Arts Masters Society, Budokaikan International, International Assembly of Sokeship, World Nibuikai Budo Federation, International Alliance of Martial Arts Masters and the Universal Martial Arts Hall of Fame. He is the founder and chief instructor of Washiyama Ryu Jujitsu and co-founder of Warrior Spirit Hapkido. Chuck Harrison, 2nd Vice President, Emeritus Mr. Harrison holds Dan rankings in Sin Moo Hapkido and Goshin Jujitsu. He is a fully licensed Texas law enforcement officer and a veteran of the USAF. He is the co-founder of Warrior Spirit Hapkido. Russell Stuart, 2nd Vice President Technical Research Mr. Stuart holds Dan rankings in Warrior Spirit Hapkido, Chinese Dragon Kempo and Renzoku Jujitsu. He has also trained extensively in Tomiki Akido and Washiyama Ryu Jujitsu. He is currently serving in the U.S. Army.
