*The Four were all raise in Spokane, Washington

*They are childhood friends who grew up together

*All four graduated from the same high school and continued their studies at various colleges in the region

*The members of MF4 are all long-time musicians and friends from their early school years

*They spent 10+ years playing in numerous bands, often with one another but never all together until the Four formation in 1996

*The Mayfield Four formed in the summer of '96
