Permits take forever. Changes happen fast though. We should break ground in
the next three to five months. Once we start I'm hoping we can finish it in
6 months.

I really like the Nautica Malibu Trialthalon at Zuma Beach benefitting
the Elizabeth Glazer Pediatric AIDS Foundation ('cause I win and it's a great cause!). But, I still
like my Australian Ironman competitions (swim, run, kayak, run, paddleboard,
run.....phew!)
