October 12, 2000- Mike Van Ryn was assigned to Worcester from St. Louis. Van Ryn, (6'1", 191 lbs.), played in one game this season, recording no points for the Blues. During the 1999-00 season, Van Ryn played for Sarnia of the Ontario Hockey League and recorded 41 points (6-35-41) and 34 penalty minutes in 61 games. Van Ryn signed as a free agent with the Blues on June 30, 2000.

Well I am sad to bid goodbye to 4 of our best players. They definatley earned their spot on the St. Louis roster and they will all be missed. We all knew Marty Reasoner would never be in Worcester again. Brent Johnson, Reed Low, and Bryce Salvador have also made the 2000-2001 St. Louis team. Good Luck Guys!

Marc Bergevin, Lubos Bartecko, Vladimir Chebaturkin, Craig Conroy, Pavol Demitra, Dallas Drake, Mike Eastwood, Jeff Finley, Michal Handzus, Jochen Hecht, Sean Hill, Reed Low, Al MacInnis, Jamal Mayers, Chris Murray, Tyson Nash, Chris Pronger, Marty Reasoner, Todd Reirden, Bryce Salvador, Roman Turek, Pierre Turgeon, Mike Van Ryn, and Scott Young.

(Ladislav Nagy is playing in replacement of Michal Handzus who is out for about two weeks with an abdominal strain)

Also Jamie McClenan and Sylvain Blouin have made the Minnesota Wild. Blouin was aqquired via waiver draft.

Jim Campbell is playing for the Montreal Canadiens.

10/19/00- Tyler Willis and Lauri Kinos, were loaned to Peoria, Shawn Mamane was reasigned to Peoria, and Ladislav Nagy was loaned to Worcester from St. Louis.

10/20/00-Derek Bekar, and Reed Low were re-signed by St. Louis to multi-year contracts, and Justin Papineau was also signed by the Blues.
