This site has almost everything I can think of when it comes to Internet graphics. If it doesn't have it then it provides links to it. This is a very nice site.2.) http://www.dropbears.com/l/links/images.htm is mainly a gateway to other image libraries, and other Internet Image editing resources. 3.) http://www.prodraw.net/button/ has a huge amount of free professional graphics for webdesign, like ClipArt | 3D Galleries | Web Buttons | Animations | and a Public Gallery. O Rama has a decent amount of images for LINES: Horizontal Rules used to separate sections in a Web page, BULLETS: Circular or Square images commonly used in lists, BUTTONS: Beveled, bordered, with pictures, with words, OTHER STUFF: Words, icons, alphabets, image gifs, etc.., MINI GIFS, and ANIMATED GIFS.
