1.)  http://www.barrysclipart.com/ Is a website that has a huge amount of links to other ClipArt websites.  It has a lot of annoying pop-up ads.  It is basically a web ring that is associated with other websites interested in making a profit, for there services.  Not all of the links/ sites offer free ClipArt. 

    2.)  http://www.freegraphics.com/ also has a lot of links to other sites.  It has a decent amount of ClipArt offered for free, and it has links to other sites that charge for their services.

    3.)  http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/9448/ has a lot of 3d graphics.  Some of it is pretty cool, but I guess you have to be interested in it to actually like it all. (: P)

    4.)  http://www.ambographics.com has a lot of background themes, and pictures.  The best thing about it is that most of it is free.  If you have the time to search through their galleries, you can get lucky, and find some ClipArt that suites your fancy.

    5.)  http://www.freegraphics.com/07_Backgrounds/ has a lot of links to a lot of good ClipArt sites.  Its more or less a portal to a lot of great graphics resources.
