Add'ed The Unreal documentation today, please read it if you are getting a new version of unreal or downloading unreal for the first time it contains all the information about the change's and bug fix's I suggest you read them, you can learn a lot from doing so, hence you wont ask a lot of already answered questions. The documentation also contains user/oper commands so please bookmark that page for a good reference.
