Dad was going South on Ferris Road (away from Ramona)
and turn left into the driveway with left turn signal on.
The idiot behind try to pass him while he is making a left turn.
So, he hit the guy rear end and broke the left front light
while the guy rear tire also blew up. Anh La^n who lives accross
the street happened to pull out of his drive way at the same time
witness the whole thing had to 'twist the guy's arm' to get his insurance
information and called the cop but they refused to come.

Last time I was there the same thing happenned to me but I
stopped in time. I think they should castrate these people to stop
inferior gene from spreading. Anyway, nothing major happenned!
