| Welcome to the homepage of senator. senator is an opensource first try to provide ASF video streaming on the linux platform. Currently there is a version you can download. This version uses the HTTP stream protocol so you can search trough the file using the Media Player. The author of this software wiches to remain anonymous for now since the ASF protocol is (c) Microsoft and I'm not sure if they are very happy with a server implementation running @ linux. I'll be on vacation for the next 2 weeks... so, no updates for a while... but please keep sending reports! thanks!
