WILIKI O HAWAII or "The Engineer of Hawaii" is a newsletter published monthly by the HAWAII COUNCIL OF ENGINEERING SOCIETIES (HCES). The usual front page format of the newsletter portrays an article which is of interest to its subscribers including other engineers, architects, contractors, organizations and individuals who have an interest and concern for the engineering profession in the State of Hawaii. The remaining pages of the newsletter contain columns contributed by each member organization of the Council. These columns include information of meetings, activities, technical seminars, projects, board decisions, and other topics concerning its members.
The WILIKI O HAWAII is sent to all subscribing members of the Council. The electronic version of this newsletter first became accessible through this Website on November 6, 2001. The different editions of the newsletter, which are listed below, are in ADOBE PDF file format and to view these files, an ADOBE ACROBAT READER (AAR) is required. The AAR can be downloaded free of charge from the ADOBE Website.
