I am originally from Chicago, IL (currently living in rural northern Connecticut for the past seven years), I'm a self-confessed computer geek (not a nerd, I'm a geek... There's a difference!), I've been married to my best friend and soulmate for the past five years (together for close to eight years). I attend a local community college, where my major is Computer Network Technology. I work for The Hartford Insurance Group in their Commercial Lines division.
I enjoy playing video games (mostly PS2, but plan to get an X-Box by the end of 2005). Some of my favorite games include: Half-Life, Doom, Quake, Crash Bandicoot, Kingdom Hearts, Sly Cooper, Sonic the Hedgehog, Unreal Tournament, and Burnout 3.
In my spare time, I enjoy troubleshooting, repairing, building, upgrading, and modding PCs, reading novels (like "The DaVinci Code," "Digital Fortress," "Angels and Demons," Tom Clancy's "Net Force" series, and John Sanford's "Kidd" series), cooking, listening to music (see the list at the bottom of the page for fave bands), and playing my Carvin LB-20 fretted bass.
